iColor operates iColor Review Replies, a tool used by iColor to read and respond to Google reviews for our Delaware locations. This Privacy Policy explains how the tool accesses and uses information from Google Business Profile.

Information We Access
With authorization from the business owner, iColor Review Replies connects to Google Business Profile and may access business location information, customer reviews, reviewer names and public profile details provided by Google, star ratings, review text, review dates, and existing owner replies.

How We Use Information
We use this information only to check for new or unreplied reviews, prepare and post owner responses, verify that replies were posted, and keep records needed to avoid duplicate replies and provide customer service. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use Google user data for advertising.

Limited Use Disclosure
Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sharing
We do not share Google Business Profile information except as needed to operate the tool through Google’s APIs, comply with law, or protect the rights, safety, and security of iColor, our customers, or others. Access is limited to authorized iColor personnel.

Storage and Security
OAuth credentials and refresh tokens are stored using secure credential storage. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information used by the tool. Review-related records may be retained while needed for customer service, business records, and reply verification.

Your Choices
